Born Dec 13, 1919 in Seattle, Mr Fagan spent his entire lifetime in this area. He served briefly in the U.S. Army. Richard was a member of St. Anthony's Church, was president of the Renton Highlands Lions Club, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and a past member of Toastmasters International.
Survivors include his wife, Carol; two sons, Stephen P. and Richard J. Fagan Jr.; daughter Phyllis Anna Fagan; three brothers, Ronald J., Thomas G., and Gordon A.; three sisters, Mrs. Jack Crabb, Mrs. Leif Logan, and Mrs. Ralph Smith; and two grand children.
Interment will be at the Greenwood Memorial Park under direction of Stokes Mortuary.
