Caroline J. Kalfsbeek, age 87, of Williams, died July 29, 2005, at Valley West Care Center in Williams. Born in San Francisco, she was a Lakeport resident for 50 years. Caroline worked at the Lake County Title Company, Lakeport schools and Lakeport Christian Parish before her retirement. She was a life member of the Eastern Star and volunteered for the Lakeport Hospice for 15 years. Survivors include her son, David Kalfsbeek of Williams; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A graveside service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 4 at Hartley Cemetery in Lakeport. The Rev. Shannon Kimbell-Auth will officiate. Family assisted by Jones Mortuary, 263-5389.
