Ola "Morgan" Grisham, 90, of Midway passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013 in Madisonville. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00PM Sunday, November 3rd at Elwood Baptist Church. Bro. Doug Wooderson and Bro. Glenn Connor will officiate. The burial will follow in Alphin Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-7PM Saturday, November 2nd at Day Funeral Home Chapel.
Ola was born on April 23, 1923 in Yellow Bluff, Alabama to John Jackson Morgan and Lucy Arcola "Dixon" Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marshal Marion Grisham; her daughter, Dolly Grisham; and her siblings, Margaret Morgan, John Morgan, Flora Mae Robinson, Maudley Hutcheson, and Glen Karber.
Survivors include her son, Phillip Marion Grisham Sr. and his wife Darlene; her son, Billy Charles Grisham and his wife Mary; her daughter, Peggy Ketchum; her grandchildren, Frank Vacante, Salina Grisham, Mallisa Perwerton, Phillip Grisham, Jr., Shanah Grisham, Misty Eter, Mark Grisham, Blake Grisham, Ryan Grisham, Zach Murphy, Jodi Alexander, and Clint Stark; 20 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; and her siblings J.J. Morgan, Emma Lou Williams, Jean Whitley, Faye Clarke, and Mary Helen Karber.
