Mrs. Maria Acheson Passes Away
Word has been received by Mrs. D. M. Eddy of the death of her sister, Mrs. Maria Acheson, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Benedict at Northeast, Pa. Mrs. Maria Acheson was formerly a resident of this city and was well known by the older residents. Mrs. Acheson was a sister of G. H. Huntington of this city.

Laid To Rest In Evergreen Cemetery
The funeral of Mrs. A. Acheson of Erie, Pa., who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. M. Benedict at Northeast, Pa., Friday evening, was held from the home of her sister, Mrs. Ella Kenny on Richmond St. at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.
Mrs. Acheson was formerly of this city, having been a daughter of Marvin and Sylvia Huntington. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Benedict of Northeast, Pa. and Mrs. Frederick Sullivan of Battle Creek, Mich., and by a brother,
Gordon Huntington of this city and five sisters, Mrs. Ella Kenny, Mrs. Elizabeth Eddy and Mrs. Sarah Hall of this city and Mrs. Cornelia Greer of Ashtabula and Mrs. Mary Scranton of Brockport, NY.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hunter Davidson of St. James' Church. Mrs. Pratt and Mrs. Barton sang several hymns very sweetly. The casket was adorned by a profusion of beautiful floral tributes.
The pallbearers were: Robert Pate of Cleveland, and Ralph, George and Albert Huntington of this city. The interment was a Evergreen Cemetery.
