Erlinda G. Durán, age 86, born in Magdalena, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
Erlinda is survived by her children, Joe D. Durán and his wife, Joanne of Port Aransas, TX, Laurence Durán of Albuquerque, NM and Pauline Roche and her husband, Rick of Albuquerque, NM, grandchildren, Kerrie Murphy, Christopher Sandoval, Gabriel Durán II and his wife, Robin, Lori Sandoval and her husband, Josh, Jennifer Gohrick and her husband, Tim, Elliott Durán and James Parr and his wife, Lara, great-grandchildren, Sean, Shawn, Audrey, Sophie, Synderalia and Valentino and many other family and friends.
Erlinda was preceded in death by her husband, Napoleon, her children, Gabriel J. Durán, Gloria J. Sandoval and Josephine Lundberg and her parents, Genovevo and Paublita García.
Erlinda was a member of John XXIII Catholic Community and was a loving wife and mother who will be dearly missed.
A Rosary will be recited on Friday, October 11, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at French - Wyoming. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr. NE, Albuquerque. Friends may visit on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at French - Wyoming. Interment will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
