Survivors include his wife, Joyce, children, Christina (Jason) Oka, grandson, Micah of Tukwila, WA; Dave Horton (Jamie), grandchildren, Natalie, Ella and Jack of Port Orchard, WA; John Horton (Amanda) of Little Falls, MN. Sister, Joan Woodbury (Lance) of Poulsbo, WA, and nephew, Tim Boyce and fiancé, Luann, of Kirkland, WA.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mabel Horton.
