I miss my Mommy so much...
but I know she is Home with Jesus, and I will be there with her one Glorious Day, this I know.

My Mommy was a wonderful, loving, wife, mother, and grandmother.

She loved to sew, crochet, and loved her flowers. She loved windchimes, sitting on her in her rocking chair. She loved to cook, and can vegetables. I take after my Mommy, I love to do all this.

She didn't get much education, had to quit school. It is still amazing to me that she opened and had a little country store. I don't remember when she opened it, but as far back as I can remember. Mommy would open the store early of the morning, and didn't close it till late at night. She had the country store, until summer of 1965.

My sister, Charlene had to quit school to take care of my brother and me. She is like my second Mommy.

Mommy loved to come to my house and stay all day, but she wanted to go home before dark. She said she loved being with me and my children, because she was so loved. We did shower her with love and hugs, and kisses. She knew she was loved. Some Sundays, she would surprise me, and have my daughter, Lisa, to come and get her, and she would pick up a bucket of chicken, have it ready for us, when we came home from Church. She would be all SMILES! I miss those Sundays, so much.
