Rosie E. Adcock
Rosie E. Davidson Adcock, 79, of Mount Gilead, OH, died Aug. 23 at her home following a lengthy illness.
Born Oct. 9, 1926 in Raven, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margie E. (Asbury) Mabe.
She was retired from Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH, after working as a cook there for 35 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John D. Davidson.
Survivors: sons, Buddy Davidson and wife, Ada, of Mount Gilead, William Steven Davidson and wife, Connie, of Columbus; daughters, Linda Fay Stanley of Columbus, Debbie Wilcox and Margie Woods; 28 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was conducted Aug. 26 at 11 a.m. at Hurst-Scott Funeral Home Chapel in Richlands with the Rev. Jerry Casey officiating.
Interment followed at Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill.
