Mrs. Sam Blain, 621 North Adelaide Street, died at a local hospital late Saturday afternoon. Funeral services were held at the East End Baptist church in Terrell with the Rev. J.W. Rosenquist.
Burial was to be in Oakland Memorial Park under the direction of Anderson-Clayton Funeral Home.
Edna Elizabeth Blain was born in Lawrenceville, Ill., May 23, 1874. She came to this section as a young girl. She has lived in and near Terrell for many years.
She was a member of the East End Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband, Sam Blain of Terrell; two sons, Ben Troutman of Miami, Fla., and Loren Troutman of Dallas; Two daughters, Mrs Pearl Dexter of Costa Mesa, Ca, Mrs. Laura Canadey of Illinois, Two step daughters, Willie Sheats of Pryor, Oklahoma, Annie Murphy of Roanoke, Tx. 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
