Emmett C. Andrews, 77, of Kunkletown, died Thursday in his home. Monroe County Coroner William Kresge attributed death to natural causes.
Andrews was the husband of Constance (Everett) Andrews. They observed their 50th wedding anniversary in July.
Andrews was a molder at the former Dieter's Foundry, Cherryville, for 20 years before retiring in 1976.
Born in Kunkletown, he was a son of the late Emmett F. and Mary J. (Green) Andrews.
He was a member of St. Matthew's Union Church, Kunkletown.
Survivors: Wife; daughter Marlene, wife of John Gilboy of Forest City, Susquehanna County; sons, David L. of Kunkletown and William D. of Palmerton R.1; sister, Mrs. Earl Borger of Kresgeville, and three grandchildren.
