On 26 Nov 1912 she married 3rd John Self in Edmonson Co., Kentucky.
Her Kentucky Death Certificate states she was buried in the Stice Cemetery but there is a fairly recent stone for her in the Squire Ray Cemetery. Stice may be an earlier name for that cemetery.[?]
