Died On Her Birthday
Remarkable Coincidence in Case of Mrs. Frances Rebecca Lovejoy, of Ceresco.
---Mrs. Frances Rebecca Lovejoy, of Ceresco, died at eight oclock[sic], Friday morning at the home of her son, Frank Lovejoy, of that village. By a remarkable coincidence, the day of her death was the anniversary of her birth.
---Her maiden name was Walcott and she was born in Royalton, Vt, July 29, 1831. She was married there to Jason Spaulding Love-[sic] Nov. 4, 1848. They came to Michigan in 1863, settling in Eaton co. where they resided 25 years, afterwards taking up their home in Ceresco. Mr. Lovejoy died three years ago.
--Mrs. Lovejoy is survived by 3 children, Frank, of Ceresco, Mrs. Guy E. Culver, and George Lovejoy, of Battle Creek. She was a member of the Congregational denomination. The funeral service will be held Sunday.

Mrs. Jacob[sic] Lovejoy died Friday morning. She had been gradually failing for some time. She was seventy-nine years old the day she died. The funeral was held at her late home Sunday at two o'clock, Rev. Potter of Battle Creek, conducting the service. A large number gathered to pay their respects to her memory.

Ceresco.
Mrs. Jason Lovejoy died Friday morning after a long decline. She was seventy-nine years old the day she died. She and her husband have lived here for many years. The funeral was held at the home Sunday at 2:00 o'clock conducted by Rev. Potter of Battle Creek. There was a large gathering of friends and neighbors several attending from Marshall, Battle Creek and Convis. Interment in Ceresco cemetery.
