Florence Bagley passed away peacefully on Sept. 3, 2011. She was born Feb. 20, 1923, in Kirkwood to Orval and Alice Dagen. Florence attended Corning High School and later graduated in 1941. She worked at Corning Memorial and later received her LVN license and worked at Enloe Hospital in Chico for many years.

Florence is survived by her children, Loretha Harrah, Pamela Tedrick, and Darrell Daigle all from Corning, Albert Daigle from Fallon, Nev., and Henry Daigle from Melbourn, Australia; son-in-law, Danny Tedrick from Corning; grandchildren, Dayvene Foss, Michelle Harrah, Shawn Tedrick, Danny Tedrick all from Corning, Andy Daigle from Oroville, Jim Daigle from Alaska, and Justin Daigle from Australia; sister, Daisy Finch from Orland; brother, Charles (Chuck) Dagen from Red Bluff; and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Bagley; parents, Orval and Alice; sister, Margaret Gildea; Doris Raymond, and Irene Lewellyn; brothers, Richard (Dick) Dagen, Oliver Dagen, Burney (Jim) Dagen, and John Cecil Dagen.

At her request there will be no services. A private memorial will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the Humane Society.
