He was born on May 26, 1957, in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Charlotte Ruth (Watson) Bell and the late Jules Robert Bell.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, playing computer games and watching movies.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brothers, Michael L., Daniel L. and Ronald M. Bell.
Mr. Bell is survived by his daughters, Tammy L. (Bell) Chavis and her husband, Angelo, of Millersville, Maryland, and Shannon M. Bell of Glen Burnie, Maryland; brothers, Charles C. Bell and David D. Bell, both of Waynesboro, and Carl W. Bell of Baltimore, Maryland; grandchildren, Ryan Walker, Hayden M. Feezer and Harley P. Feezer.
A funeral service will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2010, at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 West Main Street, with Pastor Jonathan King officiating. A private inurnment will take place at a later date at Augusta Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 4 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2010, before the service at the funeral home.
