Martha Loraine Minix Stoppi died peacefully Thursday March 24, 2005. Martha was born on March 18, 1922 in Penelope, TX to John and Robbie Minix. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Glen Minix, Forest L. Minix, and C. C. Evans.

Martha is survived by her loving and devoted husband of almost 62 years, Pete Stoppi: one daughter, Robbie Ann Hansen and her husband Joe S. Hansen of Plano, two grandchildren Jerry Hansen and his wife Rachel of Plano, Lisa Burkett and her husband Robbie of Corinth TX, two great-grandchildren, Taylor Nicole Hansen and Sterling James Burkett. Martha also is survived by nieces, nephews, several sister in laws, and one brother in law, many friends and the loving staff at Treemont Nursing Home. All will miss her, especially Pete who was the love of her life. Services will b eheld a 12:00 PM, Monday, March 28, 2005 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel.
