Amelia Belle Lewis, 83 of Route 1, Fairview, died Wednesday, April 18, 1984, at Sundale Rest Home. She was born July 12, 1900 near Blacksville, a daughter of the late Amos and Margaret Tennant Brewer. She was a member of the Wadestown United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Horace Lewis, one brother, Earl Brewer of Fairview, one sister, Tena Cross of Flushing, Michigan, one granddaughter, Mary Louise Tucker, of Lake Port, NH. She was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, two brothers and one sister. Friends will be received at the Owen Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Thursday and from 10 to 1 P.M. Friday, time of the service at the funeral home with the Rev. Newton Poling officiating. Burial will follow at Wadestown Cemetery.
