NELSON F. GOLDEN
Nelson F. Golden, 67, Rockville, died Saturday in Union Hospital at Terre Haute. He was an optometrist in private practice for 33 years.
Born at St. Paul, he was a member of Rockville Methodist Church, Rockville Rotary Club, Western Indiana Society of Optometry, Park Masonic Lodge 8, and Elks Club. Mr. Golden was a life member of Indiana Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He was also a Navy veteran of World War II.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Barnes Mortuary at Rockville, where friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
Survivors include his wife, Avonelle Golden; a son, Gregg Golden; and a daughter, Mary Anne Golden.
