FALLS CITY — Jim Bishop, 90, died Tuesday.
He was born in Boulder Creek, Calif., and moved to Armona, Calif. He married Mary in 1938 and they moved to Oregon in 1940. He worked for the Oregon Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Church for many years. He retired in 1974 and moved to Falls City.
Survivors include his wife; son, Ed of Salem; daughter, Julee Bishop of Falls City; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. today in Womer Pedee Cemetery. Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday in the Falls City Seventh-day Adventist Church. Arrangements are by Bollman Funeral Home in Dallas.
