O'Hara
Thomas J. O'Hara died Wednesday night at 7:10 at the family home, 1819 W. Third street, after an illness of one week's duration, pneumonia being the cause of his demise. He was well known here as a contractor.
He was born Sept. 26, 1885, in Ireland and came direct to Davenport with his parents when he was six months old, spending his entire life here. On June 10, 1912, he married Mrs. Lola Weller at St. Mary's church, Rev. J. Hannan conducting the nuptial mass.
Surviving are his wife, his parents, Mr and Mrs. James O'Hara, two brothers, William P. O'Hara of Florida, and J.E. O'Hara of Davenport, one sister, Mrs. L.W. Kelles of Cleveland, O., and two step-children, Mrs. Frank Renfro of Davenport and Floyd Weller also of this city.
The body was removed to the Fred N. Ruhl funeral home and will be brought this evening to the home, where the funeral will be held Saturday morning at 8:30 with services at 9 o'clock in St. Mary's church. Interment will be made in St. Marguerite's cemetery.

The O'Hara Funeral
Services for Thomas O'Hara were held Saturday morning at 8:30 from the home, 1819 West Third street, and at St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock. Rev. R.J. Renihan celebrated a requiem high mass, pronounced the burial absolution, and preached the funeral sermon. Rev. W.J. Daly officiated at the grave in St. Marguerite's cemetery.
Pallbearers were Michael Conley, George Davis, Matthew O'Donnell, Dennis Haugh, Joseph Sanders, and Joseph Collins.
