Helen was born in New Lexington on Jun 28, 1927. to the late Charles and Minnie Roberta (Shipley) Yarnelli, and passed away Oct 3, 2003 suddenly after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family.
Helen's yard reflected her love of gardening, She was a past member of T.O.P.S.and an avid bowler.
Helen is survived by one son, David (Norma) Arter; three daughters, Terra (John) Roberts, Mary (Dave) Keeran and Paula ( Bill) Davis; five grandchildren; four great- grandchildren, with one on the way; six sister and one brother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Lee Arter,of 51 years
