Ella Louise Stump Elliott, 90, of Parkersburg, WV passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at The Willows Center, Parkersburg, WV.

She was born in Calhoun County on September 13, 1926, a daughter of the late Farris and Hallie Stump.
She is survived by her daughters, Renea (Ron) Vannoy of Mineral Wells, WV and Shelia Elliott of Parkersburg, WV.

She was employed at Timpken Roller Bearing Company in Ohio during WWII and also employed by Kellwood in Spencer, WV.

She was a member of the Church of Christ, the Minnora Rebekah Lodge, and Eastern Star. She represented Calhoun County as the 2002 Belle of the CEOS of WV. She had a passion for and was a skilled seamstress in quilting, crocheting, and clothing apparel. She also enjoyed the beauth of flowers and working in her gardens, and was actively involved in her community.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, John Elliott; son, Nelson Elliott; four sisters, Lelah (Hatzell) Leach; Leta (Bud) Boatright; Zella Stump; and Arlena (Eugene) Hicks; six brothers, Brent Stump; Deward (Greta) Stump; Denver (Wilda) Stump; Loren (Kathryn) Stump; Leon (Lucille) Stump; and Milford (Toots) Stump.
