Jenna Mae VanBuskirk was killed, along with her mother Kathleen Ann "Kathy" (Runyan) VanBuskirk, on Friday, January 9, 2004, at her home in Cardington, Ohio. She was 16 years old. She was shot to death by her mother's ex-boyfriend, who took his own life during a stand off with police.
