Robert (Bob) F. Clark, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Vivian (Vicki) Patton Clark; son, Rob Clark and his wife Cherie, of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; daughters, Kelly Shelnutt, and her husband Bart, of Snellville, Georgia and Bonny Turner, and her husband Steve, of Adel, Georgia. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brittany Shelnutt, and her fiance, Kevin Burtch, Zach Shelnutt, and his wife Mary Beth, Whitnie Clark, Bobby Clark, Abbie Clark, Morgan Turner, and Dylan Turner. Other survivors include one sister, Jackie Allen, and her husband John, of College Park, Georgia, and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was a native of Atlanta and a veteran of the Korean War. He worked for a number of years in the Atlanta Construction Industry as a sales manager for William Brothers Concrete, and later Blue Circle Concrete. He was a member for 40 years of Mt. Carmel Christian Church now located in Stone Mountain Georgia. Visitation will be Thursday, May 18, 2006 from 5-8 P.M. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, Fairview Chapel. Services will be held on Friday, May 19, 2006 at 2:00 P.M., at the Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, Fairview Chapel with Rev. Jack Ballard and Rev. Seth Wortman, officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family request that any memorial gift be made to Mt. Carmel Christian Church, 6015 Old Stone Mountain Road, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30084. Horis A.
