Antonio A. "Tony" Garcia, 62, of Ingleside, passed away March 4, 2012. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 9 p.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2012, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, Aransas Pass. Burial will be in San Ignacio Cemetery.
Tony was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, to the late Pedro and Thodora Abrego Garcia.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Santiago Garcia and Pete Garcia; and a sister, Ramona Villafranco.
Survivors include his wife, Diana Garcia, of Ingleside, Texas; sons, Ray Lee Rodriguez and wife, Pam, of Ingleside, and Juan J. Garcia, of Corpus Christi; daughters: Maria Santiago and husband, Cesar, of Corpus Christi, Beatrice Garcia, of Aransas Pass, Adela Garcia and Beronica Garcia, both of Ingleside; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas Garcia and wife, Martha, and Salvador Garcia, both of Victoria; sisters; Hermina Lopez and husband, Jesse, and Cecilia Rodriguez, both of Corpus Christi, Cruz Garcia and Sylvia Garcia, both of Houston; other relatives and many friends.
