Opalene Reynolds Blair age 77, of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and formerly of Barbourville, died in the Williamsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday, December 26, 2012.
She was a daughter of the late Frank and Samantha Reynolds, born to them on August 1, 1935 at Siler, Kentucky.
Mrs. Blair was a well known House Keeper at the Knox County Hospital for many years.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Blair; her son: Ronald Gene Blair; her daughter: Sherry Renee Blair; her two brothers: Obie Reynolds and Acie Reynolds; and by her two sisters: Maxine Reynolds Safriet and Jewell Lawson.
Mrs. Blair is survived by her loving family: Her son: Robert Blair of Williamsburg. Her daughter: Janice K. Napier of Toledo, Ohio; and many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Opalene Reynolds Blair will be 1:00 P.M. Sunday, December 30, 2012 in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery.
Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
