Jeanne A. Driscoll (Nee Lund) Lake Station Age 78, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 at her home. She was born April 25, 1933 to the late Noid and Lela Lund in Chicago, Ill. Jeanne spent her life taking care of her family, was a member of St Francis Xavier, Ladies Sodality of St Francis Xavier, part of the Prayer Group at Our Lady of Sorrows, past den mother for 8 years for Boy Scouts Pack 20, past Girl Scout leader for 20 years. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by her 2 sons; John N. Driscoll of Brazil, Indiana and James P. (Janiece) Driscoll Jr. of Aiken, South Carolina, daughter; Jeannette (James) Hamilton of Lake Station, Indiana, brother; Dwane O. Lund of Wisconsin, 10 grandchildren; Alyssa, Raeann, James, Jerry, Paul, Jennifer, Kyle, Konnor, Mitchel and Shane, 7 great grandchildren; Jonathan, Peyton, Nathan, Clara, Jakob, Brandon and Hailey, numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, James P. Driscoll Sr., daughter; Jacqueline Rushing, parents and step father; John Bengtson. In lieu of flowers donation to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated. funeral services will be held Monday, December 17,2012 beginning with 9:30 am prayers at Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel, 3781 Central Avenue, Lake Station proceeding to St Francis Xavier Church, 2447 Putnam Street, Lake Station, Indiana 46405, for a 10: 00 am, Mass of Christian Burial.
