Alfred Joseph Trujillo, age 20, known to many as A.J., and a resident of the Pojoaque Valley, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 6, 1999.

He is preceded in death by his maternal Grandparents: Victor and Melecia Garcia Trujillo; paternal Grandfather: Enrique R. Trujillo; Madrina: Mary Trujillo; his Aunt: Dolores Trujillo Gurule; Uncles: George Trujillo, Henry Trujillo, Levi Trujillo, Luis Trujillo; and Cousins: Paul Gurule and Larry and Alfonso Trujillo.

He is survived by his Parents: Alfred and Susie Trujillo of Pojoaque; and one Sister: Melissa Gomez and husband Danny of Pojoaque; one Niece: Amber Gomez; and one Nephew: Isaiah Gomez, both of Pojoaque; Grandmother: Manuelita Roybal Trujillo of Pojoaque; Uncle Fred and Aunt Virginia Trujillo of Nambe; Uncle Abel Gurule of Espanola; Uncle Joe Trujillo of Pojoaque and Aunt Mary; Cousin: Pamela Espinosa and husband Ken of Espanola; and Cousin: Steve Gurule of Espanola; Aunt Yolanda and Uncle Carl Brown of Pojoaque; Uncle: Noe Trujillo, Uncle Jim Trujillo and Aunt Palua, Uncle Manuel and Aunt Ernestine Trujillo; Padrino: Everett Trujillo; Aunt Eurcieta Trujillo and Aunt Lucille Gonzalez; and many friends, cousins and other relatives.

A Rosary was recited on Wednesday, September 8, 1999 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Pojoaque. Mass of Christian Burial was Thursday, September 9, 1999 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Pojoaque. Burial was at Pojoaque Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Steve Gurule, Jeremy Espinoza, Norman Montoys, Thomas Lujan, Michelle Trujillo and Willie Salazar.
