Wilbur Montgomery "Billy" Sims was of "French Hugueot" descent.

Retired Priest from the Protestant Episcopal Church, Chaplain of the Manakin Huguenot Society, librarian, part-time teacher and radio commentator. He was commissioned to publish a book about the history of the Huguenot settlement at Manakin Town, Virginia.

Wilbur Montgomery Sims was a descendant of the "Huguenot" family of Abraham and Susanne (Brian) Sublett, their daughter Ann Soblet (m Pierre Chastain).
