BOWLING GREEN, OHIO - Christopher "Chris" David Miller, 44, of Bowling Green, Ohio died Friday, April 17, 2009.
Chris was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Jon David and Louise Margaret (Panek) Miller. He married Michelle Cain on Jan. 26, 1991 in Swanton, Ohio and she survives in Bowling Green. Also surviving are his parents of Yorktown, Va.; in-laws, Tom and Gisela Cain of Swanton, Ohio; grandmothers, Genevieve Panek of Cleveland, Ohio and Helen Cain of Swanton, Ohio; a sister, Sabrina (Bryan Weirmier) Miller of Oshawa, Ontario Canada; and a brother-in-law, Mike (Jen Drain) Cain of Virginia Beach, Va.
Chris graduated in 1983 from York High School, York County, Va. He then went on to graduate from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's Degree in English. Chris proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as a News Reporter for the Bowling Green Sentinel-Tribune for several years. Chris was a member of the P.L.A.V Post #58 of Cleveland, Ohio and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and mountain bike.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today, April 21, 2009, with the funeral service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home and Crematory, 1460 W. Wooster St., P.O. Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, Tele: 419-352-2171. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
