Charles Carignan, 86, of Manchester, NH, died in Manchester following a long illness. He was born in Manchester, son of the late Charles and Anna (Chouinard) Carignan. Charles served in the U.S. Navy during World War II aboard the USS Sanders DE40 in the Pacific Theater. He was was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Arline O. (Beaulieu) Carignan, who died in 2010; his son, Charles A. Carignan; sister, Juliette Blankenship; and his three brothers, Adrien, Joseph and Ludger Carignan.
