Born March 28, 1939, in Walnut Ridge, AR., son of D. C. and Jessie Martin Billips.
He was a shipping clerk at Colson Factory in Jonesboro and of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Robert Billips and a half-brother, D. Blackwell.
Survivors include, three sons, Calvin Billips, Charles Billips and Mark Billips all of Paragould; six half-sisters, Caline Cline, Brenda Metz, Coni Hank, Nilly Snyder, Kay Cook and Anna Warnick all of Paragould; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Burial was in Lorado Cemetery. Arrangments were by Bryan Funeral Home.
