the church at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by his son, the Rev. Charles Landry,
C.SS.R. and concelebrated by numerous clergy with the Most Rev. Alfred C.
Hughes presiding. Entombment in St. Anne Mausoleum. Survived by wife, Irene
Berthelot Landry; four sons, the Rev. Charles Jr., Milton, Michael and Jimmy
Landry; a daughter, Mona Sanchez; a brother, Alfred "Pete" Landry; two
sisters, Dottie Dickson and Mae Goetz; and two grandchildren, Charlene Sanchez
and Corey Landry. Preceded in death by parents, Alfred Sr. and Lucille Richard
Landry; two brothers, Norman and Warren Landry; and a sister, Lucille
"Papoose" Setton. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.
