Harold Glenn Barnes, 62, of Owenton, passed away Friday, February 13, 2009, at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington. Born January 20, 1947, in Wolfe Co, he was the son of the late Garrett and Dorothy Bronson Barnes and was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles, Acy and William Jefferson Barnes. Harold was a truck driver, a Army veteran and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church. He was very active in the Odd Fellows Emmanuel Lodge #213 and the Owen Masonic #128 F & AM, where he was a past Grand Master and served as past District Deputy Grand Master of the Masonic Lodge.
Survived by 1 son, 1 daughter & 4 grandchildren.
