29 November 1923 – 8 January 2017
Ervene Morgan, age 93, passed away on January 8, 2017. She was born in Denio, Oregon, the fifth of seven children of Irwin “Mustang” and Marie Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Donald “Don” Morgan; her daughter Katheryn “Kaye” Morgan Stinnett and her six siblings; Barbara Hoffendorf, Helen Felt, Vern Smith, Katheryn “Dixie” Weikel, Earl “Bud” Smith and Milo Smith.
Ervene had three children: Kaye Stinnett, Todd Morgan of Turlock, CA, and Mark Morgan of Shingle Springs, CA. She had eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Services were at La Follette’s Chapel in Burns, Oregon on Saturday, January 14, 2017.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of the donor’s choice.
