A native of Clarke County, he was a son of the late Joseph Columbus and Grace Kenney Aaron. He was employed with Coca Cola of Athens for over twenty years and owned and operated Wood Warm Sales for 30 years.

He was a charter member and deacon of Trinity Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Aaron will be remembered as a beloved husband, father and friend.

Funeral services will be Wed, Aug 15, 2007 at 10AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, with Pastors Robby Brown and David Bailey officiating. Interment will be in Danielsville Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Dianne Strickland Aaron; daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Sammy Brooks; sisters and brothers-in-law, Christine and Stanley Toole, Jan and Dean Upchurch; brother and sister-in-law, Kenney and Shirley Aaron; a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7-9PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church New Building Fund, PO Box 618, Danielsville, GA 30633 or the Madison - Oglethorpe Animal Shelter, 1888 Colbert Danielsville Road, Danielsville, GA 30633.
