I am very happy to participate in the Find A Grave Program as a Volunteer photographer and would like to let all the requestors know that I (we) are working very diligently to fullful your request(s).

Currently my inbox has been flooded with requests and there are currently over 270 photo requests in a 5 mile radius of my home!

With that said, I have created a spread sheet to make the best use of my time while capturing the greatest number of photos.

I am sorting as follows:
1.)oldest request with plot information
2.) oldest requests where I need to do research to locate plot information.

Please note: many of the cemeteries have marvelous online documentation and it would be a great help to those of us in the "field" if you could up date your ancester's info with what has been made available. Best Regards :-)

The Confederate Veteral marker can be seen in the first photo that shows the entire stone (upper right corner of photo). It is in the ground right next to the stone so I can only think the Sons of the Confederacy or a local American Legion or VFW post must have placed it there. There are others in the cemetery on many other graves, as well.

No problem, done the same thing myself, and I hadn't done an allnighter, but I can blame on age.
Thanks
