Bio and Links
I am the youngest of 3 children and the youngest of 23 grand children. I have always been interested in the history of my families. Find a grave has helped me make the connections and let me see pictures of grave stones of family members I would not have seen otherwise.

I used the obituary that you sent, however, I do not list names of survivors, etc. per the rules of findagrave. Thank you for the information.... I did add more to it, except for the names.

RE: James Osgood Andrew Brown
I sent you an email. J.O.A. Brown's son Elbert is my gg-grandfather, the sister to yours.

I add the grandmother's memorial number. For now that will have to do.

I just don't have any time to do this at the moment. Aug. is one hectic month.

Mardell Parker.
Linda, I don't know how to add grandchildren with a HTLM code. I added the granddaughter by adding to her bio. If you can tell me how using HTLM code, I'll try. Frankie

RE: Fannie Swain
I remember your Dad, Jr., and when he lived at Union Hill, near Brownsboro, my Dad & I bought a horse from him; you may not be old enough to remember her name being Trixie, a very pretty mare. The Swains were excellent craftsmen and had a good reputation as builders. Your grandfather did a lot of work on the Willie Henry home in Athens, one of the finest. Walgreens is located on the lot now and the house was moved near Lake Athens in a beautiful location; I pass by each time I go to Athens and think of Mr. Swain. I recall he could sharpen hand saws, which not many could do. Just for what it's worth,

Thank you for the link to Mr. Swain; I thought I had added this previously, but didn't.

I have done the links to his mother and spouse that you requested. In the future, please click on the edit button, in the right-hand corner of the memorial that you wish changes to be made, to request any additional info to be done.

Thank you,

Stephen Mark Lewis
Hi Liane...I got your message about linking Stephen to his grandmother, Mary Lewis. I'm not sure how you would do this as his parents are not deceased. I noted on his memorial that you listed all the grandparents. Nice pic ot his stone.

Fannie Swain
Hi Liane; good to see you on findagrave. You may request the contributor for Mrs. Huckabee to link by adding her parents. I could only add a note to Fannies memorial. I'm pleased to see you have Junior and would be more than glad to transfer any or all the Swains I have to you. Nice to hear from you and appreciate what you're doing.
