I've been researching my family history for many years and after losing my wife to cancer in 2008 I lost the fire, so to speak, and have given it up. I have found Find A Grave to be a very satisfying hobby and enjoy taking photos of headstones for the departed's loved ones . I'll be glad to help in any way I can. If anyone is interested in taking over a memorial I am managing, please don't hesitate to ask. Unless I have a personal reason for hanging onto it I will gladly transfer it.
Lately it seems like the majority of people making photo requests are taking volunteers like me for granted. All I'm saying is that if I fulfill a request, a simple "thank you" would be appreciated...
