I just noticed you put a beautiful photo of his grave stone on my memorial. I wanted to thank you so much...Future generations will thank you also. I appreciate your work.
|Charlie Ann Weaver||William BW Corkran|
Donna,the birthdate and death date you have on him is incorrect. I know that the headstone are hard to read and that's where the confusion comes in. Here is a copy of his obituary:
CORKRAN--On Wednesday morning, 9th instant, WILLIAM BENJAMIN WITHGOTT, second son of William and Rachel J. Corkran, aged 25 years and 5 months.
The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend his funeral from the residence of his father, corner of Townsend street and Park avenue, on this (Friday) afternoon, 11th instant, at half-past three o'clock.
This appeared in the Sun newspaper in Baltimore, MD on 11 Apr 1873. And if you used the Tombstone Birthday calculator with this info his birthdate comes up as 9 Nov 1847.
Just wanted to let you know.
|Lisa Boucher Herger ||thanks|
Thanks to your contribution, I was able to find my Grandparents' (Benoit Blanchette and Isabelle Letarte Blanchette) graves on this site. Thanks for posting that. Are you a friend of the family by any chance?
All the best,

Would you pleas add the following to the memorial for Henry Chick?
Thank you for your work and consideration.
Henry was a stone mason.

I fulfilled your photo request today for Frank Arsenault. In so doing, I discovered that he and his "wife" (?) Catherine are buried together. If you would like to create a memorial for her, I would be happy to post the photo to it. No need to do another photo request - just send me a message via Find A Grave.
I also found buried near Frank and Catherine, a John Arsenault . . . there is no memorial for him on Find A Grave. If he is a relative and you would like to create a memorial for him, please let me know and I will post that photo as well - again, no need to post another photo request.

You have posted a photo of the gravestone of Charles J. and Lura M. Russell, buried in Freeport. Do you happen to know the year she died? It is obscured in the photo.
Thanks for your help. if you can give it.

I noticed the note on your photo request is different that the memorial it is attached to. Which are you looking for?
