I was born in 1949 in Poughkeepsie, NY. I'm the youngest son of John and Ruth (nee Tompkins) McCulloch. I moved to Hyde Park, NY at 6 months and remained there until 18 years old when I joined the USAF in 1967 after graduating from Roosevelt HS. I spent the first 13 years in the AF as an enlisted member and then after graduating from college was selected for OTS. I retired as a captain in 1991. During my time in the AF I was stationed in San Antonio TX, Fortuna ND, Udorn Thailand, Phoenix AZ, Houston TX, Wallace AS PI, Tucson AZ, Boerfink GE, and Tacoma WA where I now live. My first wife Cecilia Dela Rosa and I had 5 children: Willie, Angela, Melissa, Travis, and Melinda. We divorced in 1993. My current wife Victoria Dela Rosa and I have been married since Jan 2008. I am currently fully retired.
