Everyone who knows me knows I love getting to know my ancestors and have spent the better part of the last 27 years devoted to it. FAG has been a community that lets me share with family.
If a memorial that I maintain falls within the FAG guidelines for a family transfer (great grandparents, grandparents, parents or children) and you would like to take over the managing, just let me know by using the edit tab. Please leave me a message with information as to how you are related to the person you wish to be transferred to your care. Please read the FAG guidelines for memorial transfers before making your transfer request. ~ I would like to keep our direct line of grandparents of course. ~
A lot of time is spent on the memorials I create. They are mostly complete with life information, grave site locations and connections to parents, siblings, spouses and children. If you have additions/corrections, they would be greatly appreciated.
Most of the family photos attached to the memorials in my care have been passed down within the family for many years. If you wish to use any of them, please leave me a message with your request.
Contact Me by clicking the "Edit" tab on any memorial that I manage and choose the 6th option, "Suggest Any Other..."
Please, no photos of death certificates.

Yes, thank you. I saw that it was the wrong brother. Thought I deleted the request. Must of missed that one, when I removed the other siblings request when I saw it was the brother. Thanks so much.

Thank you for your reply. I have checked with the genealogist at the Cathedral, but she could not find the location, although his burial is listed in their records. I will let you know if I find out any further information.

I added the information to Adam Waeltz's memorial as you requested.
He is my 3rd great grandfather and I appreciate the additional information. I haven't had a chance to update his memorial and add all the connections. I will be getting to that soon.

|Celia Hartmann||Landolt/Landoldt family of Belleville, Illinois|
Is this line your are researching? I have a Landolt line who was in the 1870 St. Clair census. Widow Catharine/Katherine (Lamprecht) Landolt with 7yo daughter Emma and 6yo son Charles. Believe her husband's name was Carl/Charles Landolt/Landolph and that he died in the Civil War or shortly after. By the 1880 census Katherine is married to Hubert Hartmann. She seems to have another daughter Mina Katherine Landolt in the 1880 census. This Mina/Minnie married George Sandherr in St. Clair county in 1892 and seems to have died in Almeda, CA in 1931.
There is a Minna Landolt, daughter of John & Lina Landolt, who married in Belleville on 14 Oct 1896. She married Charles Elbrechter, son of Karl and Caroline G....Von Hoffmann.
My line and the line of John buried at Walnut Hill have so many similar names, that I can't help but wonder if they might be brothers?????
Any help appreciated!

Absolutely no worries. If you get to the updates before I do during your research by all means, feel free to send me the "correction" updates via the tool. We are both working towards the same goal :)
