RE: Tom Donbrock
Nora,

Hi. Thanks for your e-mail. I have a double connection to Tom ( as i like to say). I actually
grew up with Tom and David. My mother (Linda) and Sue were very good friends. We would go to their house all the time to hang out. Our parents would play cards until the wee hours of the night and we would hang out with the boys. I was of course the only girl so it was like I had three brothers instead of one. I was right in between the boys age wise. Dave is a year older and Tom was two years younger than me. We spent a lot of time with them until probably high school.
Then, when I was 21 I met my husband Chris Donbrock. Yep they are related. Craig and my father-in-law are 1st cousins. My husband and I were dating when David got married the first time. I remember at his wedding He said" If you marry Chris then we can be related for real." And so we are. That is just a brief history. I would have to say that I was always probably closer to David, but my younger brother Tod and Tom were the same age so they always hung out together.
Still, i have very fond memories of Tom and growing up playing games in the yard and him teasing me of course. I miss him too. My favorite was when we had taco nights , that was the best!
Again , thanks for reaching out to me. I am glad to see that you keep Tom's site. I do a lot of family history and i love to do my husbands side of the family. ( it is much more interesting)

Nora, do you know or suspect who the parents of James and George Pedan are? I will try to look for the stones, but am wondering if they are on the stones of the parents, since the stones didn't get photographed when the cemetery was repaired a few years ago.

Don Elliott
Hi Nora. Since Don is my mother's brother I will keep his memorial. Thanks for alerting me about Kathy in the photo and not Cheryl. I saw blonde hair and thought...Cheryl. If you see anything else to correct, let me know. Don't forget to leave him a virtual flower! God bless.

Hi Nora, Thank you so much for looking for Maurice Ora Fenstermacher's headstone. Even though there wasn't one, your efforts are appreciated. JMartin.
