|Bio and Links|
I have been researching my family ancestry for over 11 years now. I started out knowing only about a dozen family members. I now have a database of over 4,500 family members. If I have ownership of any memorial that belongs to an ancestor of yours and you would like me to transfer ownership to you, I would be very happy to do so. If there is any Information that you would like added to a memorial, but do not want ownership, then please let me know and I would be happy to add it for you.|

|SLGMSD||RE: Sgt Thomas McGilton|
I have put in photo requests. When they are fulfilled I will let you know. Perhaps their age will be on the stone. I may just make a note in the bio section for now and update once the photos are obtained. I have also linked their son, Thomas, who is also interred at the post cemetery at West Point. The 1900 census has one child born; one child living for Katherine.

Find A Grave Memorial# 131961934
The 1900 census has Sept 1837. Do you know if his stone has 1843 - I have submitted a photo request and there are several responsive photo volunteers.
Also, do you think he is the Thomas McGilton who arrived in New York in 1865 on the ship, Calhoun?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks so much for posting the pictures of Giles Slocum's memorial statue. I see that it is in a cemetery in New York and I'm wondering why that is since he lived and died in Rhode Island. Do you have any insight that you could share about that?
Thanks so much!

|Rob Goates||Relationship Between Franklin Howard Sherwood and Hazel G. Sherwood|
Thank you for posting the photo of Franklin H. Sherwood's headstone from the Riverside Cemetary. Do you know the relationship between Franklin H. and Hazel G. Sherwood (the other name on the headstone)? Based upon other records I have identified (primarily census records) I have not been able to clarify the relationship.

It's so nice to meet you - and Lois too. I had received an ancestry email that mentioned Find A Grave.com and that's how I was able to locate information regarding my grandfather, Ken Stratton, and my great-grandparents, and my great-great grandparents. My brothers, sister and I knew of no relatives beyond our grandfather. It's been very exciting. I know my grandfather's entry in Find a Grave needs some updating. My grandmother isn't listed, nor any of his children with her except for my Dad. It would be nice to have that updated. Lois has sent my a picture of my father, Robert Atherton Stratton, with her father when my Dad was a young boy. It was wonderful to see that connection. Thank you for reaching out to me and I hope to correspond with you again soon. Take Care!

|Janet Reasoner||RE: Lasher at Broadlin-Mayfield|
You are very welcome. With everyone working together Find-a-grave keeps getting better and better.
I requested changes to Ina's name because it looks like she was married:
1) Nelson Harwood Lasher
2) Unknown Wellman
|Janet Reasoner||Lasher at Broadlin-Mayfield|
Thank you very much for adding the photos of the Lashers at Broadalbin-Mayfield.
Could you also add a memorial and photo for Ina Mae (Hanson) Wellman 1910-1986 who was Nelson Harwood Lasher's wife. I could do it, but I think you should get credit for it.
