I live near Detroit, MI. I enjoy findagrave.com as well as genealogy research. If there are any questions, comments, concerns or if you would like to add information to or request transfer of any memorials that I have created, just contact me through the edit option. I will gladly transfer any memorial that is not a close relative of mine. I believe that memorials that I have created for non-relatives truly belong to the deceased persons family no matter what the relationship. If you wish to use any of my photos on ancestry.com or any other site, feel free I only ask that you please give me credit as the source. Please do not add obituaries or any other copyrighted material to any of these memorials as photos. Thanks, J Farris|

I just wanted to thank you very much for the transfer for Thomas Richard Cowell's site. It was a very classy and generous thing for you to do. Of course, if there is anything I can do in return, just ask. Thanks again, Jason! Take care.

You're welcome Jason. I forgot to tell you the VA disapproved his stone because the lack of "documented proof" that he was actually in that cemetery. However the DAR is still working their magic on the situation. I'm sure he will get the recognition he deserves sooner or later. Thanks for all your help Cuz' !!!

Hugh newell wright was the husband of Elizabeth Collier Wright ( my great grandfathers sister).
She was his second wife, they had no children but I assume that she helped to raise his 4 children by Jane Mire (myer). Any family information on either Elizabeth, Hugh or any of the children would be appreciated.
my line is Collier

One of the children, of Uncle Will and Aunt Hazel, is still alive. Winfield was 81 years old in 2010 and I don't know IF he is alive today? However, IF a Granchild asks me to transfer these Memorials? Out of love and respect, I certainly will. However, its getting Find a Grave out to them, so they can? I am NOT a Senior Citizen yet, hoever, the younger generation is NOT INTRESTED in their family genealogy. I definantley will contiue to give my GIFT of family to my children who do want to know their family genealogy. This side of my family has been difficult to trace, so what I find is appreciated.

One of my parents, who passed on in 1990 was the sole survivor of this sibilings family. Since researching family genealogy, it has brought me closer to the family I didn't know I really had. This is one relative I met. Thamk youfor being a part of my special blessing (family)! Thank you!

Thank you for the transfer of Thomas Waite and your message, sorry it took me so long to reply. It is appreciated, I will watch over it until someone closer related comes along.
