Nancy, I do still have the original photo I took of Benjamin's headstone, and I've uploaded it for you here: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg294/historytype/Coburn_Benjamin_zpsnxfr7d2t.jpg
If you mouse over it and click the magnifying glass icon, you should then be able to download the full-res version. I hope it's helpful!
Hi, Nancy. I got your message about a higher res photo for Benjamin Coburn. I may have one, but it will be a few days before I'm back at my desk and able to check. I will let you know as soon as possible.

Nancy, some of the gravestones are pretty old and the area of the cemetery is pretty shaded so a lot of moss and stuff on tombstones, and some of the tombstones are tipped over or broken.
This cemetery is fairly close to my home, but will not be able to get down there for awhile now with the snow cover.
|DM Scott||RE: Chickasaw County, Iowa|
Thank you so much for adding the entries from Gravestone Records of Chickasaw County, Iowa. I have been searching for Ezekiel Crandall for years.
I believe the Merritt Crandall buried in Chickasaw County, Iowa is not the son of John Crandall and Lucy Howard. I believe their son is the Merritt Crandall at Find A Grave Memorial # 59402540. I am very curious about this second Merritt Crandall as he must have belonged in this extended family. These cemetery entries will help with sorting out the Merritt Crandalls.
Nancy, the Merritt Crandall buried in Chickasaw was born in 1829 and I don't have him linked to John Crandall and Lucy Howard.
Merritt Crandall born 1829 who is in Chickasaw county was the son of James Crandall and his first wife.
Your Merritt Warren Crandall, who is actually linked to John and Lucy is buried in California and his birth date of June 6, 1843 and date dates are correct for whoever added that memorial.
