If you type in the name Laituri in the search area at Find A Grave - A lot will show up in the same area your grandparents were born. Most likely related.
Go to the memorial of one you manage. On the left side is a list. You will see where it says Find all Laturis in: Hit the Find A Grave.
28 will show up including your three.
Be fun for you to check out some of the names and headstones. I noticed a duplication on William and have sent a message so they can clear it up.

Laituri, Charles Rudolph 64022538 - Is this the memorial you are talking about for your grandfather. If you check the memorials managed by you it will be one of the three I transfered.
I do a lot of research and since they owned this house I wanted to make memorials for them. I just started looking for information on them. I have a Ancestry.Com account and searched local records.
About Eckard House
The cork is gone. It was of the 70's style. The kitchen has nice wood lament floors now and neutral tan speckeled carpet thru-out the rest of the house. A sandy color tile is now in the bathrooms and new cabinets.
The Ivy is gone now and a green lawn with evergreen bushes surround the perimeter. Right in the middle of the front yard is the ash tree we planted. The rosemary bushes are still there and sometimes the bees are quite thick. I worried a lot about my son getting stung.
I will have to send you pictures. Down front when the Purple Irises bloom it is really pretty. They should be in bloom in the next couple of weeks.
Have a great day!

You can rewrite the bios for your family. I didn't know them and just wanted to put something there. If you would like the picture I posted on Charlie's memorial of the house removed just let me know. I wanted to show the rockwork he had done on the house and how much work he did. That picture was taken about 10 or more years ago. If you want a picture of how it looks now or if there is anything I can do, let me know.

Yes, we are still here. Cameron, our son is now in college. Hard to believe he wasn't even two when we bought this house. We have loved living here. Planted a ash tree in the front and it is taller than the house now. Nice of you to say hi.
I have done so much work with the cemeteries here in Placer County that the Placer Board of Supervisors gave me a commendation and now I'm a Placer County Historian.
I'm trying to get the Old Placer County Hospital cemetery that is behind the Wells Fargo Bank on Elm online. Seems they have been forgotten since their graves are unmarked with the exception of two. Dates back starting 1866.
Take care of yourself and God Bless.
