Vera Pearl Brady-Gilbert.
FYI: I got lucky. Vera (1907-1979), married a Harry Otto Brockmiller (1901-1978) about 1938 in San Francisco, where they resided in 1940. with a daughter, Sandra, age 1. I found a birth record for Sondra (sic.) Ellen Brockmiller, b. 3 Oct 1938, San Fancisco, with her mother's maiden surname Brady. I found a California Death Record for Vera Pearl Brockmiller, b. 30 Jan 1907, Canada, d. 18 Aug 1979, Ventura, CA. A death record for Harry Brockmiller, b. 9 May 1901, IL, d. 8 Mar 1978, Los Angeles. I didn't find any burial information for either. Harry

Violet Marian Brady-Gilbert Hite
Memorial #111109867. Your comment in her mother's biography that Violet was buried there too, made me look. I have added some edits to Violet's memorial, incuding a name change; links adoptive father, mother and husband. You apparently have some family information. Do you know anything of Vera's death/burial. Also, were both Vera and Violet officially adopted by their step-father, Frank Lee Gilbert? Do you know anything of Frank's previous marriage? He had a step-son there, but his 1917 WWI Draft registration lists two children? He married Violet's mother in 1919. Thanks, Harry Miller

re William C. Welton
I'm sorry but I don't have any information about William C. Welton other than what is already posted: Will of Jonathan Welton Written: 05 March 1823 Proved: 04 May 1823 in Knox County Indiana
"....I bequeath to my loving wife Margaret Welton a fourth part of all the produce of my farm during her life ..."
"... deeded to my son David one hundred acres of land on the south eastside of the tract of land I now live ..."
Mention of son William Welton, daughter Martha Finley, son James Welton, daughter Elizabeth, daughter Sally Hogue.

David Miles Welton's daughter, Amelia Welton was my great great grandmother. I have obtained her photo through, but I have little information about that family branch.

Welton Family Information

I am a relative of the Welton family. I am looking for any direct evidence to show that William C. Welton was the son of David M. Welton. I would appreciate any information you might have on the Welton family.
Thanking you in advance
