Hi --- I hope it is OK, I took the photos that you posted on Josef Gangl's memorial and posted them to his mother Maria Gangl's memorial.

Josef and Maria Gangl
Thank you for the photo attached to Josef's memorial. May I ask if you can do the same for Maria's as well?

Thank you.

Maria Gangl
You have a photo of Maria and her husband Josef Gangl (1868 - 1916) grave marker on Josef's memorial. Could you use it as well on Maria's memorial too? I do not want to cut and paste your photo onto Maria's without your permission.

buried at
Friedhof Baumgarten
Vienna, Wien, Austria

Thank you,

Calvary: Section 104 Request
Several of us are actively working to clear the 759 request at Calvary Cemetery in Cleveland. You have a request (or more) with plot information, however we don't have a map for that part of the section. With thousands of graves per section (400,000 total on 300 acres) a section map is basically required to find a grave.

The office at Calvary is very restrictive with information. If you could please call them at (216) 641-7575 and tell them you have a relative buried in the specific section and that you're coming when they're closed (weekend, holiday, etc) they should agree to mail you a plot map. If you get one please let me know and I'll give you my e-mail address.

Each time I go I have to skip the requests with plot info that I don't have a map for, yours is one of them. I'd love to be able to clear your one outstanding request!

I was told the map and database has only the Christian burials.

Abraham Bach in Weiner Zentralfriedhof Tor IV
You canceled my photo request based upon a website search engine that claims to specifically exclude religious cemetery burials. The person I requested was buried in the Jewish Cemetery, so his grave would not be listed with the search engine you used. I added all the details of his grave location, including cemetery address along with my 2nd request.

According to Ancestry & Jewish Gen Web, he is indeed buried where the listing says he is buried.

RE: Bernhard Gostl
That would be so great if you could be there in person! I've wondered about my Grandfather all my life, as all these relatives died before I was born. And with my health now, I'll never get to be there myself. My whole family waits for your report.
We always thought Johann was a direct descendant, now we're not so sure. My Dad was chased out of Vienna by the Nazis, then died just before I was born, so I have very little evidence of where these people fit in my family tree.
Thank you for any insight or pics you can get to resolve this.
