RE: Mary E. Elliott Campbell
Your most welcome

Many many years ago I made the trek through the woods to locate Old Heath. Old Heath/Clark cemetery is located on private property and at that time was leased for cattle grazing. Mary's middle name was Camellia. I suggested via edit to correct the E to a C. Are you related to the Campbell's? If I can assist you any further, just yell :)

Have a good one!

Cathy, I never really got to know my aunt Annie, she married Spencer so young.I'm sorry if I can't be of more help and the ones that would have known anything on my side have passed away. All of Annie sisters one was my mom and her brother have all passed away now. It seems so sad to me.

Sorry I meant to reply sooner. Lee and Retta were my grandparents. I also have been trying to track down some family members. All of Grandpa and grandma's children are deceased now. They had Annie Norris Pennell, Wade Norris, Hazel Norris Moretz and my Mom Dollie Louise Norris. Uncle wade lived to be 94 Aunt hazel 83 aunt Annie to be honest I don't know maybe in her early 60' or mid 60's. My mother was the youngest to pass away. I have been wanting to come to TN, and visit all the ones from my families graves most of buried in NC. I hope this helps you in your search some. Thanks, yes mom was a lovely women. Kind Regards, Carolyn

RE: Paul Leroy Hudson
Just me again. That being the case, it does say cremation took place.for a burial location. I would tend to think if a cremation took place, more than likely he was never buried. Although the 2 Funeral homes that would of taken care of that would be Heritage Funeral home Valdese. The other would have been Sossoman Funeral home in Morganton. Though only family members would have access to the records.

Hope that helps, but there is no Hudson at all in the whole Hillcrest cemetery in Valdese...

RE: Rainbow Cemetery
We travel North on 421 through Trade TN till we get to 167 South. Turn left there. Then the next right is Rainbow Rd. Go up Rainbow about a mile or so and turn left at Rainbow Mennonite Church and Claude Warren Rd. Rainbow cemetery is about a quarter mile down hill on Claude Warren Rd. We went yesterday and very glad we did. I found another sister of my great grandpa named Rettie Pardue Moody. So THANK YOU for asking directions. We are going back today. Is there anything else We can do for you ? Mike Pardue
