Thank you for taking the photo of Janet's headstone. I really appreciate your help. It's a great service for those of us that can't visit the cemeteries.
Now that I think about it, it would have been Charles not Purl - his father - you were inquiring about, because I requested a photo of his stone.
Charles's wife Velma died in Wells Co., In. abt. 1955 and she is buried in Wells Co.
Sorry about the mix up.

Hope you are referring to Purl Weikel. Purl's 1st wife - Harriet - is buried next to him in the Estates of Serenity in Grant co., In. (There is a memorial for her on the F-A-G website.)
His 2nd wife - Bessie - must have went back to Pa., because I can not find anything on her in Grant Co. I did find an obituary for her sister Shirley - who died in Oil City, Pa - Aug. 1955. It lists a sister Bessie Weikal living in Avalon, N.J. It states Bessie's parents were William F & Cordella (Long) Shaffer, so I am sure this is the lady that Purl was married too.
Hope this helps.
